Family Cruise ... Chris, Denise, Mason and Jane & Larry and Sandy
Well we like cruising so it didn't take much for Chris and Denise to get us to go along with them and the other Grand Parents on a week long cruise out of San Pedro (L.A.) down the Mexican coast. (a) It was a cruise (b) it was going to be warm. Mason (almost 4 at the time) and Jane (9 months) had a great time but likely wont remember much but both had a great time. Once you get on the ship after flying and driving etc. it is a great way to relax. See stuff. Eat well....and your room comes with you,
The Mariner (know as the Monster of the Sea's in our family) is a large ship but surprisingly easy to get around on, did not feel all that crowded and Royal Caribbean has retained it's suitability as far as we are concerned. Our Perks as Celebrity Captain's Club members transfer over to RCL and aid in the experience.
